The successful candidate will undertake comprehensive mapping project of existing Global Refugee Education schemes available to refugees and asylum seekers in a variety of contexts, and identify gaps in provision that the federal University could usefully fill and/or potential for partnerships with existing schemes in order to increase their impact and reach.

You will have knowledge and experience of project development and external fundraising as well as an interest of working in the field of refugee issues and/or education.

The Refugee Law Initiative is part of the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, a base for world-leading research in several fields of scholarship, including History, Human Rights, Development, and Refugee Law. Research is undertaken by members of staff, associates and fellows spanning the whole of the Commonwealth.

The ICWS research community produces ground-breaking research at the forefront of several academic disciplines and uses this research to engage a broad range of stakeholders, including government, NGOs and civil society, in the UK, the wider Commonwealth, and beyond.
