University of London Worldwide is seeking to appoint three Business Intelligence Analyst on a permanent basis.
As the University moves into a new phase of strategy development, data will be critical in helping the organisation to operate more efficiently, make smarter choices among competing priorities and set the course for a sustainable, profitable future.
The successful candidate will provide accurate, timely, and meaningful analysis of data that enables the University of London -Worldwide to effectively measure its performance and progress against strategic and operational goals covering areas like student recruitment, student experience and financial sustainability. The post holder will be an excellent collaborator and communicator; undertaking user requirement workshops with key stakeholders and scoping and designing innovate and visually engaging interactive dashboards and BI solutions that enable the business to understand its performance, successes and opportunities. Amongst other attributes, the successful candidate will have experience of working to tight deadlines, maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure and be in tune with sector developments in BI solutions.
The candidate will work for the Business Intelligence and Management Information team. The team is responsible for ensuring data quality and reporting; the development, prototyping and embedding of data visualisation tools and techniques; and the delivery of a suite of organisational performance measures (KPIs) to provide a clear view of academic and business performance. The team are responsible for the provision of data and analysis for the 17 Universities in the Federation, over 100 Recognised Teaching Centres as well as the production of statutory and regulatory data returns to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) and the Office for Students (OfS).
