University of London Worldwide is looking to recruit two Student Relationship Managers to support students on our growing suite of web-supported programmes. You will be working in a busy, dynamic team, ensuring our students are fully prepared for study and providing them with guidance throughout their journey.

The Role 

The Student Relationship Managers have responsibility for the ongoing support of University of London Worldwide students studying as web supported learners. This position is the first point of contact for students to guide them through the administration of their studies, their learning environment, supporting delivery of the programme along with Online Tutors. This post plays a pivotal role in supporting students and ensuring that their transition to study and their ongoing experience meets consistently high standards.

The Person

With previous experience in a customer service, advisory and/or counsellor capacity, you will bring to this role high level communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with and support individuals at all levels, and from a variety of backgrounds. With an understanding of working with a diverse student body and its surrounding environment, you also possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess individual needs and provide useful assistance in problem resolution and targeted goal setting.  Advanced technical and analytical skills, the ability to work effectively to meet deadlines coupled with a strong personal commitment to the provision of quality services will round off your profile.
