The University of London Worldwide are now seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated individual to join the Executive office as an Events and External Communications Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent position.

External Relations, Media and Public Relations Team
The team covers an exciting array of areas for the Worldwide Executive Office; this includes delivering events such as graduation ceremonies for the International Programmes, as well as some of the University of London's Colleges; the team also produce copy for publications produced by external stakeholders and focus on reputation building through internal and external communications including media relations.
The primary focus of this role will be to assist the Head of External Relations, Media and PR in delivering on key corporate events, including three graduation ceremonies, the largest of which attracts more than 3,000 people in London. The post holder will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that all events run smoothly and achieve the set objectives.
The post holder will also be expected to assist with a number of other communication related tasks in a fast paced environment, such as producing materials for external communication, researching and writing copy to an excellent standard, as well as researching photos and videos to support the profile raising output of the team.
