We are seeking a Pensions Adviser to join the Human Resources Team on a 12 months fixed term basis to provide a maternity cover.
The successful candidate will be providing a comprehensive service in all aspects of pensions, and related matters for all staff of the University’s School of Advanced Study (SAS) Institutes, central offices and Health Education England (HEE).
To succeed in this role you will need to have a demonstrable experience in a similar pension administration role; previous experience of reconciling monthly pension data and submitting contributions to the relevant pension schemes would be an advantage. In addition to this, you will need to have sound IT skills, proficiency in Excel and demonstrable experience of database applications including proficiency in accessing the integrated HR and Payroll systems.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You will have excellent organisational skills, flexible approach and ability to adapt easily to changing priorities, new procedures and ad-hoc situations with personal commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
