About the role
As a Senior Analyst, you will work within a dedicated team to provide support and development expertise on applications hosted on Office 365, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) CRM. The Senior Analyst will act as the first point of contact for all Dynamics 365 related support and queries.
The role is responsible for developing and supporting CRM, releasing changes to the production platform, and supporting integrations with other systems such as SharePoint, Office 365, Identity Access Management Systems, and Student Information Systems.
