We are a federal institution consisting of 17 self-governing Member Institutions of outstanding reputation and a number of acclaimed central academic bodies. The University of London offers almost every subject covered in any University curriculum, delivering huge flexibility and choice to its students.

The Development Office

This is an exciting time for the University of London Development Office. We nurture relationships with our diverse constituencies - alumni, friends, former staff, prospects, donors, corporations and trusts and foundations - with a view to cultivating their support for the University, our Institutes and departments. Our cooperative and innovative department is seeking an outgoing and collaborative individual to join our team.

The role

The Senior Digital Engagement Officer will be responsible for creating and managing digital communications to engage the Development Office’s diverse range of constituents, as well as developing content for webpages and other digital channels.

The postholder will lead on developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for the Development Office, including evaluating and enhancing the impact of its digital activity. Working with colleagues across the University, the postholder will play a key role in supporting the Development Office’s engagement and fundraising goals, by developing strategic digital communication plans for activities and initiatives.

To succeed in this role you will need to be well organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines. You will have strong experience in producing written and visual content for international audiences and excellent attention to detail. The postholder will also have working knowledge of a content management system and experience in working with complex data.
