The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and day-to-day organisation of the office of the Pro Vice Chancellor (Partnerships and Governance), providing excellent administrative support and office management.

With first class organisational skills and proven experience of providing executive assistance at senior level and managing a busy office, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a `can-do’ approach, strong team working skills and a willingness to be flexible, responsive and assist others in their work. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, you will have excellent all round communication skills and the ability to produce high quality written documents and correspondence.  An understanding of the higher education sector is essential.
