Senate House Library has outstanding humanities and social science research collections of national importance. As the central library for the University of London, and the home library for the School of Advanced Study, it facilitates and supports research excellence.
The Role
Senate House Library is seeking 3 part time Library Assistants, for evenings and Saturdays (17.5 hours per week)
You will work on the Membership and Service desks as part of the Library Customer Services team, providing a range of excellent customer-facing services to internal and external users of Senate House Library.
You will have excellent organisational skills demonstrating a methodical approach to work and attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous practical experience of customer service in a library or similar context is desirable.
These are fixed term appointments to the end of May 2022
