The Role

Registry Co-ordinator (BSc Computer Science & MSc Data Science team)

As Registry Co-ordinator within the Enrolments and Student Enquiries division – University of London Worldwide, the post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of student registrations and lifecycle activities for the delivery of designated Worldwide programmes - initially BSc Computer Science and MSc Data Science.

Responsibilities will include supporting and training new and existing staff on all student life-cycle processes for the programmes concerned, encompassing all aspects of the student life-cycle, including: enquiry management and resolution; admissions; conversion; registration; assessment and awards. The post holder will also be required to identify and implement improvements to ensure a successful student experience.

The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of H.E. student life-cycle administrative procedures and previous experience of working within the H.E. environment in a student services or related area.
