The University of London Worldwide is responsible for the design, development and delivery of our distance learning programmes and is seeking to appoint two Programme Manager to join the Online Education Directorate.  


The Role

The Programme Manager role will involve liaising with internal teams and is a key point of contact for senior academic and administrative personnel from the University of London’s Member Institutions. As a Programme Manager, you will be instrumental to the smooth running of our online academic programmes by ensuring academics are contracted ahead of session, that academic assessment related activities are completed in a timely manner, as well as managing the complex day to day operational tasks in liaison with the academic team. One of the Programme Manager roles available will encompass some managerial duties to support the Senior Manager Programme Support, this will be alongside programme support duties. We are seeking a positive, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and experience of working in a team supporting Higher Education programmes. As the role involves supporting programmes which are delivered online, excellent ICT skills and digital literacy are required.
