The Role


CoSector is the University of London's wholly owned Digital Learning organisation. Founded over 50 years ago we now promote and deliver learning technology services to over a million students around the world. CoSector today are the market leading provider of Moodle Virtual Learning solutions, Digital Assessment and Research Repository Services to world class universities and other learning institutions. 


Having seen significant increase in demand for our Digital services since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of London have provided significant investment to power our continued growth. Key to our success is maintaining and enhancing the successful delivery of our services as our customer base and service portfolio expands.


We are recruiting now for an inspiring individual to lead our application teams, which encompass support and software development across multiple specialist applications. You will lead a team of experienced staff with the goal of ensuring our services are optimised to meet the needs of our business and our customers.


You will have extensive experience of service management, service level agreements/contracts and leading customer-facing technical support functions.. You will have a good understanding of the education sector and strong technical knowledge of digital learning and research applications such as VLE.


The role will suit an individual with the appetite to become a driving force in the growth and success of CoSector, shaping the organisation's delivery teams and processes as part of the Management team.
