About the role

Reporting directly to the User Services Manager, the post holder will be part of the team supporting and managing the end user services.  The Analyst will provide first line support to the end users helping with any requests or incidents they raise.

The post holder will need to have a good understanding of mainstream operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.  The post holder will also need to have good communication and interpersonal skills.  A working knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams would be advantageous.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings
