The Role
The University of London Worldwide is looking to recruit 3 Student Advisory Officers (1 permanent and 2 fixed term (1 year)) to work as part of a team dealing with 150,000+ enquiries annually. They will be responsible for answering queries about the University generally, available courses/subjects and information throughout the student lifecycle and referring enquiries to the relevant individual when appropriate.
The Student Services directorate is exceptionally busy, and it may not be possible to take long periods of leave at certain parts of the year, but every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests. The Person
The successful candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service to our stakeholders as first point of contact for the University. With relevant experience, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and confidently with a wide range of staff, students, academics, and overseas institutions. Highly organised, you demonstrate a calm and methodical approach and maintain accuracy whilst working under pressure.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however, will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
