CoSector is seeking to expand its Customer Success team and deliver its mandate from the University of London to sustainably grow its services and solutions in support of students and academic staff wherever they may be.
The Role
CoSector is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to join the Customer Success team and build long-term transformational customer relationships, ensuring customers maximise the value from their CoSector Digital Learning services.
To thrive in the role, you must be an excellent communicator, experienced in managing customer success and have a track record of consulting on and implementing learning technology solutions. Commercially aware and capable of working to deadlines under pressure, you will have a proven ability to enthuse and work collaboratively with a professional, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
